Conversely, Hidden Secrets, the term "Hidden Secrets" throughout this registration agreement referring to either the current administrators of www.hsnaruto.com and its forums or the website www.hsnaruto.com and its forums itself, claims ownership over all original concepts and writing, as defined or redefined by the discretion of Hidden Secrets, that exists within the site, forums, and chat. Some of the jutsus, "justu" (or "jutsus" in the plural) being a term of the Naruto manga but not restricted to use by that entity and subject to blanket (complete and incontestable, logical or illogical) interpretation by Hidden Secrets, found in the Jutsu Library are compiled from Naruto reference sites such as Wikipedia and Leafninja, and thus we have no right in restricting whom may use or distribute them. However, Hidden Secrets claims right to any such jutsus that we have taken and significantly changed in description to suit our board, the definition of "significantly" being subject to interpretation and reinterpretation by Hidden Secrets at any given time, as it is the literal writing and not the concepts which can be claimed as copyright. The country guides, which can be defined without limit (meaning regardless of the nature of the writing or document) by Hidden Secrets, (found within the Rules (Required Read) and/or some or all of the forums in the categories Fire Country, Wind Country, Water Country, Earth Country, Lightning Country, Rice Country, and Minor Countries) and jutsus created by the members and/or staff of Hidden Secrets for Hidden Secrets, the interpretation of the condition "for" being of the discretion of the administrators of Hidden Secrets, are also considered original creations, and therefore are also property of Hidden Secrets. All character profiles, and any other original concepts or posts made by members in the website, forums, and/or chat of Hidden Secrets are the property of those members and of Hidden Secrets. Hidden Secrets reserves the right to claim any concepts or posts formed on the website, forums, or chat as its sole property to withhold from use or distribution even by those individuals who formed those concepts or posts.
