New Advancement/Incentive Systems

So yeah, wrote up a new Training/Incentive System and all that good stuff. 

Questions?  Comments?  Concerns?  Compliments?  Complaints?  Death threats?  Give me your feedback.  If there's a problem, I'll address it and make changes to the system should I need to.  ^_^

Everything seems tolerant good.

One thing I wonder (maybe confused or need to confirm) about:

Your character will consistently improve a bit as you post.  So a genin who has 100 posts and is average in everything, in addition to better and more jutsu, will have be noticeably better overall (speed, strength, more chakra, better control) than a genin with 20 posts.  Once your character reaches 250 posts, they will be considered on par "in general" with those of the next rank and will thus be promoted for their power and achievements.

Haha, kind of like power levels.

Er, how should I start. Okay, I have my genin and he's finally on a team, which has a Hyuuga. The Hyuuga was recently apped. I deliberately apped Ieshu on a weaker level (and he is relatively still at that level) and a Hyuuga is a Hyuuga. The Hyuuga has three Hakke techs, byakugan and jyuken of course. Ieshu is the senior character, post-wise. I am prejudice towards a Hyuuga's power.

When you mean "better", are you only referring to the strengths and weaknesses? Like, both have a strength in speed, but Ieshu's faster normally (ie: W/O  using four-legged jutsu). Like that?

I think so paws my hyuuga would be slower than an inuzuka mostly because thats not her main focus.

A lot is still left to roleplay, but the character who has the better post count is going to be GENERALLY better.  So if not in terms of a specific strength, then definitely in others.  So for example, genin 1 (20 posts) has speed, strength, stamina, chakra control, and chakra amount as strengths.  So does genin 2 (100 posts).  Maybe speed isn't genin 2's biggest concern, so even WITH the greater post count, genin 2 may lose to 1 in terms of speed.  However, he makes up for this by being noticably superior in the OTHER same strengths.  And all of the "stats" that both have as average?  The one with 100 posts is likely better in those as well.

Again, a lot is left to roleplay and how you want your to play up your character.  Like how in your example, the Inuzuka may have better movement and ground speed.  The Hyuuga may have greater "striking" speed (32 palms and all of that). 

It's just a general rule of thumb in case arguments arise about who has the better character.  The person with the better post count (for the rank) has the better character... unless they wish to NOT have the better.  Doesn't mean they'll always win either.  Because most often, the craftier ninja wins since even a single well-placed kunai stab can kill the most powerful of kages.
